I really like 3, maybe if you cropped a bit more of the right, just a little, it would be even better
Number 2, looks odd to me, like the foreground is out of focus
I like the clouds in number 1

1 doesn't do much for me.
2 would be good if there wasn't any people in it.
3 is pretty stellar.

Probably due to the vast distances, but there's a fair amount of haze that messed with your exposure. The colors seem (although 3 is decent) light and flat, which would be the biggest thing I would suggest you look at.

Thanks Anthony for your nice comments. I did not use tripod. It really affected image quality somehow.

Thanks Chris! Yes, #1 does not look like a scene of Grand Canyon. And I am not so skillful with digital darkroom tools.
