Well, I will say that the art is great but I can't C+C this because all you did is take a picture of someone elses work. This same thing happened to me. I took pictures of graffiti but I did not expect anyone to C+C the graffiti. I made it my own by playing in GIMP.

As far the C&C goes, I guess it was more in reference to composition and framing, ect.
