^ Thats your exif data, from what i see, i don't understand why youre shooting at f / 36, thats ridiculous, and at 1600ISO?
Its bright sunlight and youve got your ISO like its night time and your aperture like its a scenery shot, try this instead, f / 5, Tv 1/700 or something, and ISO 100. That will produce MUCH MUCH better photos.
