Great Book!!!

I picked up a copy of this Skin-Complete-Digitally-Photographing-Retouching book today at the library and I have to say I think it has to be the most comprehensive book on digital portrait photography I have seen. From lighting to photoshop it's all here I have only just glanced through it but it seems like an excellent book for anyone.
