In Lima it's summer, and several days ago I took this photo:

lots. It lacks interest, no clear subject.

Its almost like you are there because of a nice sunset , but yet its missing the sun. There is your lack of interest, gray dull skies but no subject

Stake the site out and wait for a killer sunset/sunrise.

Thanks for your comments, very interesting, I made a change in the image for a photo I took on a sunny day, perhaps can now better appreciate the place:

In recent days, the weather has been a little dark, and even last weekend there was a lot of fog:

I hope when I can soon be here, on this occasion there is a good sunshine, but I'll try to take some shots with fog, maybe could be interesting.
