The shadow she casts and the shadows the rocks in the wall cast - don't match.

So people looking at the image will be somewhat confused and uncomfortable but probably won't consciously know why.

I'm surprised no one pointed out the discoloration of the hand! I just realized I accidentally deleted a certain bit of opacity of the hand, but I've now fixed it. I followed Runnah's advice for this latest edit, and I applied an oil painting effect to make everything look a little smoother, and I really like how it turned out!

Also I don't know what you are doing or if it's just the model's complexion but her skin seems very washed out and pale.

I'm thinking my flash probably whitened her face a lot, because lowering the exposure much below this just doesn't look that good to me.

That's what I did for some of my other ones, but the background was pretty close to the subject in this one, so I didn't feel the need to do it. Although maybe just a smidgeon would be nice.
