Greetings From Charleston, SC!

Hey all, I'm Michael, 22yrs old, located in Charleston, SC & currently serving active duty with the US Air Force. I have taken up photography as a hobby. It is something I love & have started my own business on the side. I still consider myself an amature, but I have been taking pics for a little over a year now & have come a long way. I am no where near the level I want to be, so I am here for tips, advice, & learn more about taking/editing good photos. Currently my gear is somewhat lacking, but I have an entry level Canon EOS Rebel XS with the standard 18-55mm kit lens. I also have a tripod, UV & CPL filters, & a remote shutter button. I'm looking into buying A Canon 7D in the next 6 months or so, but I'm still researching. I also would like to pick up a macro & telephoto lens. I edit with iPhoto &/or PSE9.
