This was a new project in 2022 and I remember driving by and seeing them at work on it in the distance. Deer Creek is basically a runoff capture corridor and the wetland was created to hold more of the runoff and keep it out of the storm drains. When it's not raining it's a nice walking trail with lots of native plants including one of my favorites Oenothera. Oly Pen E-PL9 w/14-42mm
