Greylag Geese

Nothing special about these I know. I was trying to capture a Lapwing and her three chicks last evening up on the fells when one of these honked its way in and landed in the next field. It was joined shortly after by another two who strangely didn't want anything to do with it.

Ha, Lapwings are few and far between up here John. They were plentiful when I was a lad but sadly no more. Beautiful birds tho.

Yeah, Greylags are run of the mill birds but you have caught them beautifully.
