Groups/classes for beginners

I am looking for groups here or on-line clases that can provide needed C&C and direction. I was in a group here a year ago but really struggled as I did not know the basics...

That's what I need too! The Fight Club has helped me a lot with speed and thinking on the spot. It's a shame it's only once a week.
