To be honest with you it is a bit flat in contrast. I don't know it is scanning or your TMX processing.

The honest ones are the best
But looking with a more critical eye I think you are quite right.
This is one of my earlier pictures and one get used to how they have always looked.
But that why its great to get a secound opinion.
