Which is saying a lot for me.

I've been fortunate in shooting many sequences or series of shots, mostly of wildlife. I do like to share them as such, a sequence of related photos. I do want to respect site guidelines, however. If it is bad etiquette to post several photos in succession in one post, I'll stop. No ill will on my part if this is the case.

Photo sequences can be a lot of fun - they often tell a story better than a single capture.

That said, we do ask for some discretion about the sheer volume of the images. If you're going to post more than 5 or so at a time, then please number them for us. (This also helps when viewers want to comment on a couple of them.)

We don't have a specific guideline to limit the number of images allowed per post - just use common sense so your viewers don't get overwhelmed, if that makes sense. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your response. Very reasonable and absolutely understandable that some members might find a total dump of photos tedious. I'd never thought of numbering each photo. I most often add a description for each if it is not evidenced by the photo itself. Some animal behavior is just too fascinating to let it go by. I have a sequence of two adult Redtail hawks, playing with a stick. They pass it back and forth, in mock battle. I was blown away by the sight. It went on for some time and I would never put up the full sequence here. Again, thank you for your guidelines. I appreciate the reply.

The "etiquette" issue for me is reciprocity. If you post images, at least comment on others' work.
Have no love for habitual drive-by photo dumps.
