Well... It's a nicely exposed hammer. Yep, I think you "nailed" the exposure, but beyond that, I think it's a swing and a miss.

Where's the "face palm" emotion?

OP; that light looks like the light I used to photograph one of my collections.

I placed each item in turn on the same stage (my sofa) and had two lights pretty well evenly spaced and powered.
