Hand coloring B&W photos

I have been hand coloring black and white photos for over twenty years, I got away from it for a few years. Recently I put my dark room back together and started up again finding the Marshell photo oils have been hard . I bought my paper on line and have found that it is not the same as the Kodak polycontrast III N RC that I used in the past. Is there anyone who would know a good paper for hand coloring?
