Hey all, just got back from a trip to Las Vegas with the wife. She had training and I ventured out to Death Valley the one day. I took two pictures I liked in B&W and just wanted some cc on them. Unfortunately I stopped the car to take one last picture when I fell and broke the LCD screen on the D80 which was a bummer. On the upside it does look easy to fix and not too expensive for a screen. In any case, thanks for looking.

Great texture on the hills in 2 but I do not like the DOF in the first. I am first drawn to the hills, and not the tree. Took me a second to find what exactly was in focus. This one would have been better at a higher depth of field

thanks for the cc, maybe had I had the tree framed on the left since people have a tendency to look there first.
