I have two creepy storm drains right by my house, so I figured I'd make them part of my Halloween decorations.

I'm typically not very festive with decorations, so my partner did the rest:

I've not always liked projected lights I've seen but this is awesome! Just the right amount of spookiness, and the lighted trees fit in well.

I'm not quite getting the balloon over the storm drain! lol But good if it helps kids see it at night.

It's from the horror movie " It " by Stephen King. Pennywise the Clown lived in the storm drain and lured at least one child into the drain with a balloon.
