I like the reflection in the granite.

 

Nice job on the gingerbread house! My wife and son usually build one of those same kits every Christmas season. Judging from the shape of the OOF highlights in the background, it looks like the Canon 50/1.8 EF-II was used.

I agree with the above poster--nice use of the granite as a reflection-making surface. Thanks for posting those shots.

yes it is indeed the 50 f1.8 mark II. the pentagonal bokeh worked out here i think

 

nothing like Christmas bokeh!
