Has Anyone Tried this Noise Reduction Program?

I was reading Scott Kelby's Digital Photography Volume 3 and he said he used this program to reduce noise. I was about to buy Noiseware but I then I saw this...

If you're referring to Nik's Dfine, then I use it for ISO 1000<. It is a pretty good software and if you're using with photoshop, my favorite part about the whole Nik plugins in that I can use them as brushes and be very specific where I want the effect. I just wish they'd make the rest of them for CaptureNX as well (besides color effects)

I think noise ninja is still the best for reducing noise!
