Has/does anyone use fotobiz?

In my ongoing hunt for a new contact management/invoicing/inventory/etc application, I've been looking VERY closely at fotobiz. It looks like it will do exactly what I want (as well as quite a bit that I don't need) and it's the only major piece of software in this category I've found that is available as a stand-alone application rather than a monthly/annual subscription model. Does anyone have any experience with it? Is it stable? Reliable? How's the support? In short, is it worth the $250 price tag?
