Having trouble finding Link to embed data on Picasa

Totally frustrated here. I've posted from Picasa before, but it looks like the format has changed and I can't find the link to button to pull up the embed data. I've read through the tutorial here again, and it just doesn't match up with what I'm seeing on my screen in Picasa. Can anyone try to help??

I figured out that it's because of Google+. Really frustrating. I just want Picasa back and it's a huge hassle. Any advice?

just right click you image and do "copy image URL".

then click the "insert image" button here, and paste the URL into the "from URK" tab, and unclick the host it here button.
