I tried that... Depth of field was very shallow even at f/22
It was shot hand-held if i got closer, id get camera shake... I will try with a tripod next time

I know your trying to get close but for a little more DOF back off a bit and crop the shot or try focus stacking several close shots to really increase DOF. So many things you can do with a macro lens!

Since the eye isnt a still subject, i doubt focus stack will work... Also i dont have photoshop
