One of my first attempts at HDR. I thought the sunrise this morning was a good candidate.

i really like the picture...but gotta be honest have no clue what hdr is...hmmm i guess i have another book i need to read now :(

its a high dynamic range image. Its a bunch of bracketed exposures, layered to give that effect. Some one correct me if I wrong. Danny

I found that doing nature HDR is very tricky because of wind: branches and leaves always move a bit, making the picture blurry.

I like your pic though, and in this case, blurry branches wouldn't be detrimental I think

Ya, I ran it through a sharpener afterwords, and it helps, but I wanted to post right out of the HDR software. It didn't help much that I opened the door and it was -16 Celsius. It was a quick shot, and then get my butt back inside.

The hdr processing is not overdone like most, but it is still dark without much detail in the woods (at least on my monitor). Also, I would crop off a lot of that blank sky. - TF
