Good video overall, kept my attention.

Music is better I think. Fades instead of cuts work better. Scene at 2:00 has quite a bit of washout on the sac at top and still goes on too long. There are places where the Mantis moves unnaturally as thought it were on a stick and you moved it about. I might have ended with a fade to the final sac, then fade with music etc. since that was the real subject here, even though it is not as sexy as the Manthis (i.e. open with Manthis then close with sac - makes a completed story).
