Looks a bit soft around the eyes... and since there was no fill added (refector or flash) she has dark shadows under her eyes, especially under the hair. Cute girl, though... and it looks like it was a overcast day?

Looks a bit soft and underexposed to me. You shutter speed was possibly a bit low given the focal length, though if you have OS on the lens or are bracing yourself well it could be okay and might just need sharpening.

I'd be tempted to dodge the eyes a bit to brighten them up. Cute girl, lovely hair, good expression, nice eye contact with the camera.
