A fresh start...

I've always had an interest in photography. I've even been told I have an eye for it. I just lack the equipment.

Now that photography isn't so cost prohibitive, I thought I'd give it a whirl.

I also enjoy scale modeling so it'll be worth learning photography the right way so as to take some decent snapshots of some of my builds.

Examples of what I can do now will have to wait I guess.

I think they're really good but if I had more that a P&S digicam, they could have been better. That's why I'm here. To learn what to get, what to avoid and learn tips and tricks.

PS - The equipment doesn't make the photographer. Good gear will only help you if your photos are good to begin with.
