Hi,
I'm new to photography. I went out and bought the Canon Elan 7 based on reviews and tried it out for the first time. I took 72 pictures of my dog running around an indoor park using ISO 200 film. Only 1 came out. The others came out all blurred. What happened? I used the sports setting on the camera which is supposed to allow me to take pictures of action shots. I don't think I shook the camera. Should I have used a higher ISO film? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also am I in the right forum for this type of question?
Thanks,

Welcome

Yes, if you are shooting indoors you need faster than 200. Depending on the available light, I would say about 800.

Welcome mediatek01. Don't be discouraged if your photos didn't turn out. Experiment, give voodoo's suggestion a try and remeber not everyone is perfect. I'm lucky if I shoot a couple rolls of film and I get a couple photos that I like.
