Hello from SF Bay Area

Hi. My name is BJ and I'm brand new to photography and this forum. A couple weeks ago I purchased a Sony a6000 and a cheap tripod from Amazon. In that short time I've become a bit obsessed(I'm not very good at moderation). I've learned a lot from YouTube as well as a digital photography book that I picked up. I look forward to learning as much as I can from the folks on this forum.

The SF Bay area is a great location for a photographer. You could shoot surfers in the Pacific in the morning, street, architecture or landscape all day, and catch the sunset over an alpine lake.
