Hello! New kid here!

Hey guys!

I'm new here, obviously. Was just looking for a fun place to chat with others about photography and all that good stuff, and this looks like it's the place!

My name is Denise. I'm from South Dakota. Yes, we have internet here. No, we don't live in teepees. (But, yes, there are lots of Native Americans here. And they're nice people.) Anywho, I'm originally from a super small town in Southeast SD. Attended college at one of the smallest universities in the state, and then moved out to Rapid City, where I currently reside.

I just graduated college. I'm 24. I'm currently unemployed (you have no idea how much it sucks. unless, of course, you've been in my shoes. then you probably do have an idea.) I've got about 10 job applications floating around this city, just waiting for someone to bite. I'm failing with my student loan payments and I can't even afford to order a pizza or buy a box of cereal. But I'm trying hard to stay positive, using photography as my source of positivity.

So there ya go! I guess that's me. Woo! Hope to get to know some of you through here, and I really look forward to sharing our creativity.
