Hello

Hello, I'm new to the forums. My name is Amanda, but I usually go by Manda. I live in the beautiful (and soggy) state of Washington, right outside of Seattle. I like taking pictures of pretty much everything. One of my favorite subjects is my Boxer Rocko. I also like to take photos of my husband and his friends while they are out playing disc golf. Right now I am just using a point and shoot Kodak EasyShare Z710, which does fine for most pictures. But I find that it's not the best for action shots, even when on it's sports mode. I have been able to get some good pictures of my boys though. I really want to move up to some sort of SLR but funds are tight right now so I'mstaying with the Kodak.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting some opinions of my pictures. I know they could use some critiquing and/or pointers. As of right now, I do not use any editing programs. Kinda waiting to take that step when I get a better camera.
