Took these yesterday to try out the Fuji 80mm macro with the 1.4x attached. Thought it might let me stand back a bit (which it does). I can ID the hoverfly but none of my references include the fly in the second shot. Any experts out there?

Nice shots! The second one is a tachina fera according to Seek. Very common in the garden in most of Europe.
