Help about monitor calibration

I tried to fix calibration of colors on my laptop screen because it is totally different photos on my mobile phone. When I tried to fix it in windows it happens a problem. I can fix gamma level in it but just when I moved finger from mouse it returns on old. I can see difference just for a half of a second. It is same with gamma corection softvers which I downloaded. I turned off all programs that reduces blue light of screen like Blue Iris.

I also tried to find ICC profle but I can not find which is mine. ICC Profiles and Monitor Settings Database - TFTCentral My laptop is Dell Vostro 15 5100.

Please help.

Like Jeff said, get a calibration kit - either a Spyder or a Colormunki.
