help for my beginner gf

Hi all

I'm completely new to this forum and come seeking help. My girlfriend has taken a recent interest in photography while teaching in Asia and she has a definite knack for capturing great shots. Her birthday is coming up and I'd like to make portfolio for her of some of her best shots, something that she could use if she decides to pursue this further. Can anyone give me some tips on how to go ab out this? Are there resources I can use? Do I just get prints of her better shots and take them somewhere, or do I make the portfolio? Kinda clueless, but I really want to do a nice job for her. Thank you!
