Polarizing filters work best on angles of reflection of around 45 degrees. They are not effective straight-on.Retake the shot using a polarized filter. You have to spin it around to get the right angle to null reflections. I've used polarized sunglasses in front of a point-n-shoot camera with some success also.
Or get a filter for the lens! You could try Adobe AI Remove on the reflections. AI Remove sometimes works miracles, other times it disappoints. Since you have a lot of reflections, it is going to be a lot of work, and success seems unlikely. But AI Remove together with cloning (and lots of work) could yield success.
If this pic is important, go back and shoot it again selecting a better time of day, a better angle, or closer to the glass. Black cloth can help to reduce reflections.
