Help identifying bird?

Any idea what kind of bird this is? These are just jpeg of the raw files I transferred to my phone and I haven't seen them on a larger screen yet, so don't yell at me!

looks like a Northern Flicker to me...in the woodpecker family

That's what I originally said, a wood pecker. But then second guessed myself. Thank you for the exact name! I've got to brush up on my birds lol. I used to know a ton when I was younger. Haven't seen one of these in my area in the ten years I've lived here. I also saw a pileated when I was younger, haven't seen one in 20 or so years. I see a lot of downy here.

Probably, the inside of the wings had yellow as well a the tail, as you can see.

I wish I had the chance to shoot outside, that was taken from my window. In a previous thread it was determined that the heat coming off my house caused a loss in sharpness, so I'm hoping I can recover some sharpness in post. I figured if I opened my porch door I weeps have startled it, decisions decisions...
