I have NikonD5000. Someone please tell me can I buy Vivitar 285HV for my Camera from the below link.

that's designed for the Pentax camera...
you should look for a flash compatible for Nikons..

If I had it to do all over again..................................... I'd probably go with the Vivatars.

That flash is not designed for pentax cameras. The 285hv is universal. I'd say the seller just has one listed for each camera brand for people who search for "nikon flash" etc.

The285hv's are really good flashes.
