Help me decide on "travel zoom" please out of these 3

Well, after a little thought and some searching I think I've come down to 3 choices (for now lol) of cameras to replace my ageing Cybershot Dsc H20 with 10x zoom from 2009.

I recently had a Canon sx280 that I really never used much, but it got wet and died unfortunately, so I still have 2 batteries I believe so this may steer me closer to getting the Canon again, but I don't know.

Here's the 3 I've narrowed down to:

1. Canon sx280 (have some spare batteries for already so that's a PLUS)
2. Sony Cybershot WX300 (I've had my old Cybershot for 5 years now and knocked it around, etc, so I think Sony's hold up well, that's a PLUS)
3. Nikon 9500 (I like it and it seems small which is nice and I think has an 18x zoom).


So which one out of the 3 would you recommend? The Cybershot is the most expensive, but takes 500 shots (supposedly) on the battery charge!

If I get the Canon 280 I'll have extra batteries! but I also like the Sony! and maybe the Nikon 9500
