Help me Fix This Boy's Rash

I haven't seen this thread in a long time. It turns out Photolab 9 will let me use AI to mask the face, and then I can use the microcontrast slider to kill the rash. I haven't done it yet, but it works with other people's skin problems.

Had a moment to go and do some editing using my steps as above with a few tweaks. No skin softening, healing brush, gaussian blur etc. applied.

All edits are nondestructive on separate layers with an additional Selective Color layer with a mask, final output has the Curves and Color Fill layers turned off.
