HELP: Movie settings @ Nikon D5100

Nikon D5100 should contain 1080p @ 30fps as it is mentioned in the nikon website. But I could not find it in my nikon D5100. Could you tell me what is wrong here?

Your camera is set to PAL. It needs to be in NTSC to put it in 30p.
