I used photoshop & put my name on the botom of some photos.How the heck can you take them back off??

afraid you cant if its saved as a Jpeg as the entire image is compressed into one plane

If you have it saved as a PSD you should be able to remove the layer. Otherwise, it's permanent.

hahah I'll have to agree with you
if theyre your photos any competent photographer would keep an original copy of their image on hand so if need be you have an image without your name...

The reason I am asking is because when I had the picture enlarged my signature was half cut off

Open your RAW file back up and post process it again.

usually not as bad as you'd think. I taught a little photoshop session at work, and to show them several tools, I taught them how to remove my watermarks from my photos.

Nice. But, depending what's behind the watermark and how complex the watermark is, it can get really tedious. Especially for someone who doesn't really know what they're doing.
