HELP!! (Silkypix question)

Hello everybody, I need your help! I bought a new camera, which is the Panasonic GH3 and I totally love it! But I wanted to save the pictures to my computer and I couldn't until I saw Silkypix and now I changed the format from RAW to JPEG but the effects with wich I took the pictures disappeared!! Please could someone tell me how can I bring them back? It's really important!!
