Okay I'm a beginner photographer and I ordered this like studio kit that has lights and the stand to put a backdrop and it came with two backdrops but they are cloth and the problem is the wrinkles. So I would like to have a backdrop that doesn't wrinkle. I want to picture a baby so I really need something that covers wall and floor since the baby has to lay in the floor. Any ideas of what kind of material for backdrop would be good or what would be good to use for backdrop in baby photography? Thanks!

I've seen in several studios that use some kind of canvasy type material on screen rollers, but i'd perhaps first try ironing out the wrinkles or something and then find something to roll the backdrops up on for storage?

Its just an idea, wish I knew more about it.

Perhaps a velvet-type material? Won't wrinkle easily and will drape well. Make sure it's washable....babies necessitate lots of laundry.
