help with lens

[FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]If I'm getting a "Sigma Zoom Wide Angle-Telephoto 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro DF Autofocus" Lens, would it be better to get the canon 85mm f/1.8? or canon 100mm Macro f/2.8, i need it to shoot portraits, action shots, and live performances... thanks!

i'd probably go for the 85 1/8 if you're going to be doing live performances.
