HELP!

I am shooting senior pictures for a 17 year old girl with angelman syndrome. She is physically 17, but mentally about 5. And she has a ton of sensory issues. I am shooting at a state park. Any suggestions? I want this to be a good experience for her, but she WILL NOT touch grass. The state park was her mom's idea.

Seeing as how she will not touch grass why don't you suggest to the mom that although she might love the scenery background etc it might not be in her daughters best interest for a successful relaxed shoot. Find out an area her daughter does like and go there. Give her some time to relax take a few shots and even show the daughter on the screen. Let her do her thing and try and capture some shots that way. When she is playing try Simon says stop etc to freeze and snap while you can. Good luck and have fun.
