This is just a guess, but by the poor quality of the shot, it was taken with a smartphone camera. My iphone 14 pro max has 3 different camera lenses of wide angle, normal, and telephoto. Just lay down on the ground and pick the lens that gives you the shot you want. If you want to do it with a dslr or milc, try a 20mm or 35mm lens.

You go me thinking so I tried playing with PS Beta AI 25.12 and got the following result. A little distortion in the face at 12 O'Clock and the faces are a bit waxy, but not bad for 5 minutes in front of a computer screen.
