Hey All,
New guy here! My name is Ed and I am from the south Bay Area in Ca. I am just getting into photography as a hobby. My family owned a photo studio for over 100 years.
They used to have a large collection glass negatives in the basement and my Grandfather had quite the camera collection.
I grew up around that environment but never had an interest. They photographed people mainly which is probably why I never enjoyed it. I hated posing for the camera too.

I am now older and only slightly wiser and have been bitten. I look forward to learning here and having a few laughs.

Yeah that bug sucks when it bites and I think that bug ends up in your wallet and eats some of the green.
