Messing with PSE. I didn't like the bright white sky, so I replaced it. The original image was very dark and hazy.

It's amazing what AI is capable of these days. Entire process was Bridge>Topaz Photo AI (initial sharpening and removal of noise)>Lightroom CC (adjustments and conversion to jpeg)>Photoshop Elements (for the sky and final touchup).
