Seems a bit muddy and under-exposed. I'd haul the orignal back into post, adjust the exposure and then reprocess to monochrome with an eye to a contrast boost.

This one is much like the Beacon Hill shot you posted where the time of day was not your best friend. You also clipped the top off the tower. If you take it back to post as tirediron suggested, perhaps remove the one powerline running throught the frame for no apparent use for the structure.
