Thoughts:

I love the expression in her face and the general feeling of excess expressed throughout.

I am really curious at how it would look with smoke from cigarette. why isnt there any ?

Good question; I didn't edit it out...

Might have a play with PS and add some to see.

I think it looks bettter with smoke. is this original smoke or did you add it yourself?

No original smoke so I had to add it, Just used a smoke brush with soft light blend mode.

Smoke is pretty easy; there are many PS brushes available and many tutorials on how to create your own, blending modes really help make it fit the picture also.

I kind of see what you mean about the man on the left, however, i cant easily crop him in a standard format, although looking at it again, I could crop down square and edit out his shoulder easily enough.

You have me thinking now....
