hmmm I dont feel a hand represents stupidity, I feel a hand more represent the blue collar, working class, who usually works with their hands. I like the concept you stated about the advancement of technology possible dumbing kids down. I cant tell you how many time one of my professors would ask a question and I see fellow classmates looking up the answer on google using their Iphone. So here my thought instead of a hand have the subject head as an Iphone with google displayed on it wearing a graduation cap. Funny stuff.
