Hillside Fog

OK, some landscapes. No desert yet, later in the week :mrgreen:

This is another first for me...fog. I've never shot it before, so I wasn't exactly sure how to expose to get it to show up, without overexposing the fog/sky? Not sure if the first two are two bright...or the last one is too dark? Any suggestions?

The last is a bit on the dark side, but I think it adds to the atmosphere there often is on foggy days.
When I took my fog pics in autumn, I never really wondered how to expose oops: ), just did. Erm... is my approach the right one, after all :scratch:

Anyhow, I really like the first with the fence (as seems to be doing everyone else) and ... actually all three. The toning is also nice. Are they colour photos originally? Were the pure b+w versions anything show-worthy?

You know woody I think the darkness in the last shot adds to the overall mood of the pic! That first one with the fence is my personal favorite though! Great job!! : )
